Cancellations made after a permit has been submitted may result in forfeiture of permit fees paid. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered and delivered may result in restocking or material costs being charged.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any such rescheduling to you promptly.
Payment schedules are outlined in each individual project contract. A deposit may be required before work begins, consistent with California law, which limits the maximum initial deposit a contractor can request. The remaining balance is typically due upon project completion and final walkthrough, unless otherwise specified in your contract.
Payment is accepted by check, electronic transfer, or other methods specified in your contract. Late payments may incur interest charges as described in your signed agreement.
If a dispute arises regarding payment, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing formal legal action.
We handle all required permit applications through the appropriate local building departments. The cost of permits is either included in your written estimate or separately itemized. You are responsible for ensuring your property complies with any applicable homeowners association (HOA) rules before work begins. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from HOA approval processes.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty terms specific to your project - including duration and what is covered - will be stated in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed by the terms of the manufacturer.
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow maintenance recommendations, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Garden Grove Sunrooms & Patios and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
